Bionand’s FEI Tecnai G220 has been configured as a multi-task tool with emphasis on biological applications. To do so, Twin objective lens and the 4k x 4k Eagle ccd camera with high sensitivity (HS) scintillator show the emphasis made on optimizing contrast from biological samples. Other applications as Energy Dispersive Spectrometry (EDS) including a low background holder, cryo-TEM and Electron Tomography are also available.
